Halloween Parade

Every year our neighborhood as Halloween parade that has everyone from the Mayor of Portland to the local school bands. It is quite an event to see how many folks come out for it. This year the weather was fantastic which means the parade route was packed! Here a couple images from it, even Rowan came dressed in her Rooster outfit and Logan playing the saxaphone.
